Product Specification

- Single Clamp Perfet Binder with facility of Two-up production at a time.
- Easy set up and job change over.
- Milling cutter with notching tools for exposing wax fibre.
- Efficient waste exhaust system.
- Excellent glue penetration through reverse spinning drum mechanism.
- Automatic thermostat to control glue temperature with interlock provided to safeguard glue motor.
- Cover nipping station capable of providing powerful nipping pressure for sharp book corners with facility to vary the duration of nipping.
- Delivery station with facility to vary the delivery time.
- Emergency safety switches incorporated.
