FEATURES

Built robust in the true Keshaka tradition.
Printing Cylinder is precisely ground and balanced ensuring smooth running and long life.
Facility for fine adjustment of stereo by simply moving Printing Cylinder.
Pressure Roller is accurately ground and hard chrome plated to provide distinct and clean printing of solids as well as small text matter.
Printing unit consists of an anilox roller combined with synthetic rubber roller, with ink adjustment facility for controlled and accurate ink release.
Machine is provided with Front Lays for easy, accurate feeding of paper, even by unskilled operator. Even cross cut paper can be printed accurately.
Hi-tech speed controller for varying the speed. Saves power.
Provided with Nylon Gears for smooth running and Timing Belts for ensuring no back lush.
Impression setting can be done in microns.
Unlike in conventional machines, ink unit does not come into contact with stereo when impression is off.
Foot switch provided for disengaging the motorised impression cylinder and printing unit, unlike in conventional machines, where only impression cylinder is moved manually.
Versatile - can print on paper and corrugated boards.
