The pressing is done from top by Electro Hydraulic operation using solenoid value which gives uniform and perfect compression thereby eliminating the use of screw rods. The frame is of rigid construction and accurately machined to give the perfect evenness. The cylinder is made of forged steel and the piston rod is hard chrome steel plated for long-life and maintenance free operation. The Hydraulic sealsare specially designed for working under dusty conditions and thereby ensures long life. The hydraulic tank and power-pack is placed on top of the frame which is an integral part of its frame. This ensures a maintenance free operation, eliminating the use of cumbersome hose connections.
