| Our Facilities |
Tool & Die Manufacturing Facility
Sonia Forging’s Tool & Die Manufacturing setup includes Lath, Milling Machine 3 axis, 4 axis, CNC Milling, EDM, Wire Cut and Shaper Machines from well-known companies.
Forging Facility
Our 10 Closed Die Forging Lines ranges from 50 tonnes to 400 tonnes Screw Fraction Press along with 1.0 tonne, 1.5 tonne, and 2.0 tonne Belt Dropped Hammer with a forging capacity of 90,000 tonnes per year. The forging setup of the company is very flexible to meet the different requirements of our valued customers.
Heat Treatment & Process Facility
Duly audited by leading automotive manufacturers, our heat treatment capacity meets the most requirement of our in-house production. 300 kg. per hour continuous quenching and tempering capacity and 500 kg. per hour isothermal annealing line enable the company to maintain the quality forging.
Machining Facility
The machine shop has CNC Turning, Milling, Grinding facility of cylindrical, center less, surface, internal and external grinding along with covenental lathe, etc. to meet the entire requirement.
Inspection & Testing Facility
We have well equipped updated lab having testing facility of hardness, grain size, etc. along with fully equipped standard room supervised by dedicated quality control staff to ensure world class quality standards to meet the automotive industries requirements.
We have Semi - Automatic & CNC Machines available in our Factory.
