Magnetic separator modules, rated for 65 LPM to 1000 LPM flow of water based emulsion. Higher flows can be handled by using multiples of magnetic separators in parallel. Dirty fluid is passed through the trougyh around the magnetic drum. Magnetic filed picks-up the magnetic particles and are attached to fins of the drum. magnetic drum is rotaed slowly to dump the attached particles on the scraper and further to the bin provided.
To facilitate its working mechanism an endless belt is dipped in coolant tank such that the oil collected on the top . Coolant flows slowly over the belt leaving the oil on the belt which is continuously rotating to take out oil. The coolant carried over is again transported back to the coolant tank.
