Gas Cylinders: We manufacture heavy duty gas cylinders for the storage of gases. These cylinders are passed through several tests before finally being dispatched. The tests include hydrostatic test, burst tests, tensile strength and pressure handling. During the manufacture all the necessary information is stamped on the cylinder for safety purposes.
Gas Station: We bring some high-precision gas stations that considerably reduce the levels of contaminants, enhance the purity of gases, and help insure the instrument stability, reproducibility, and lower maintenance costs.
Manifold: We offer a wide range of premium quality manifold systems made from a stainless steel body. These manifolds have a comfortable mounting that furnishes the gas replacement process and makes it less cumbersome. Our manifolds are highly durable and very effective in situations where there is a large gas consumption or the cylinders are frequently replaced. Use of manifold is recommended when the consumption of gas is large and replacement of the cylinder is frequent. Liquid Nitrogen Container: We bring quality liquid nitrogen containers that are made from aluminium and have compound materials in the neck range. These possess a superinsolation foil in the vacuum space and have a low evaporation rate.
Hydrocarbon Traps: We supply superior quality hydrocarbon traps in which activated charcoal is used for removing hydrocarbon impurities. These traps are quite reliable in case of fuel gases as well. Activated charcoal is used for the purpose of removing hydrocarbon impurities from the carrier as well as fuel gases, especially for reducing the errors in analysis while using FID.
