Fiberglass Mesh: Allkali resistant fiberglass mesh woven by textile glass and coated by acrylic polymer. The product have high strength, alkali resistance and thermal insulation properties make it an idea reinforcement material for different type of applications. It is widely used in reinforcing wall plaster board, marble and mosaic and exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS). Length: 50m, 100m. Plastic foil each roll then packed in carton on pallet colour available: White, Blue, Green Yellow, etc.
Chopped Strand Mat: Chopped strand matis made from fiberglass strands chopped to length and bonded together with powder binder or emulsion binder. Chopped strand matisused primarily for hand lay-up process filament winding andpress molding of FRP products. The end products are laminates, boats, complete set of bathing equipment, automotive parts and cooling tower etc.
Self-Adhesive Fiberglass Mesh Tape: The product is woven into mesh with fiberglass and coated with anti-alkaline resin. It is very strong, self-adhesive, dimensional stable, corrosion resistant and so on. The tape is used in mending drywall cracks, piecing together and making up different kinds of plates. It can make them join faster and require no pasting or stapling it is not easy to be torn or shrink and it can hide joints, cracks and holesperamently. Specifications:
Woven Roving: Woven roving is a bidirectional fabric made by interweaving direct roving in plain weave pattern. The construction impants to the fabric an excellent dimensional stability during handling. Woven roving is compatible with many resins, such as polyester vinyl ester and epoxy resin. It is high-performance reinforcement and widely used in hand and machine production such as boats, vessels, plane and automotive parts, furniture and sports facilities and other areas.
E-Glass Fiber Tape: The E-glass fiber tape woven from E-glass fiber, which has the good performance of thermal resistance and insulation. It is mainly belongs to shuttleless fabric and can be divided into plain weave, twill weave, satin weave, herrigbone weave, broken twill weave and other weave constructions. The E-glass fiber tape has whiteness appearance, smoothness and no dilapidation. It is a good insulating material. It mainly used for winding or wrapping electrical motors, transformer, communication cable and electrical equipments, as well as a good basic material for FRP Products.
Fibre glass mesh is used as reinforcement agent in waterproofing with cementious polymers.
