It is very difficult to clean radiators due to the delicate fins attached to the tubes. The Accumalated dust decreases the cooling effeiency of the radiators. This can be perfectly be cleaned by ultrasonic cleaning. The size & price of the machine varys with the size of the radiator to be cleaned.
Economics of aqueous cleaning :

The simplest form of solvent reuse is termed "downgrading," which is the use of a solvent that has become contaminated through initial use for a second cleaning process. For example, precision bearings need very high purity solvents for cleaning. The solvent acquires very little contamination in usage and can be downgraded or used for less demanding cleaning operations.
