Low consistency pulper is suitable for slushing of all type of waste paper and machine broke from paper machine. It is a continuous type pulper having very good power efficiency. Pulper is provided with S.S. perforated screen of 5 to 8 mm diameter hole depending upon the quality of raw material. Pulper is available in 5 standard sizes of 3 M3 5 M3, 6M3, 8M3 and 10 M3 voulumetric capacities. Suitable belt conveyor of 800 mm to 1200 mm width is supplied for mechanizec feeding of the raw material (optional).

M.S. fabricated drying cylinders with high evaporation rate. Available in 4 feet, 5 feet and 6 feet diameter. Shell thickness varies from 25 mm to 36 mm. Operating pressure uo to 4.5 kgs / Cm2 and specially designed for higher working pressure up to 6.0 kgs / Cm2. Suitable heavy duty framing in graded cast iron and mild steel fabrication for the maximum coverage of paper at dryer. Rope feeding system is provided dor machine speed over 200 MPM. Framing is designed for ground floor as well as mezzanine floor machine.
